Tactical Take-Downs

 

 

   This class was originally designed for law enforcement, but the merits for everyone were quickly recognized. This class will provide every man or woman with the ability to defend himself and his family. You will learn simple techniques that use leverage - not brute strength. You will be able to handle any situation, from a minor altercation to a full-blown attack - including knife and gun attacks. This is a VERY hands-on class, but does not require participants to be in perfect physical shape to learn the material.  Adults only!

Cost:   $40 first month

           $20 per month afterwards

           $10 for Karate students
