These classes are for those of any age who want to improve mobility and blood flow without complicated

moves or jumping around.  Come join the fun and friendship of these classes. 

 

PiYo is a combination of cardio and Yoga/Pilates.

 

Sunny Crist and Angie Freeman are excellent instructors that meet your specific workout needs!

Pilates - Mon, 10:00  to  11:00 am

Yoga - Thurs, 10:00 to 11:00 am

Tuition: $30/month

 

Yoga Class

Weds, 6:15 - 7:30 pm

Tuition: $30/month
